Shabby Chic Sheds

On another website, I asked for people to comment freely with thier critique - NOT HERE!  Please remember what your momma told you on this page and if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Sherry Bowling of Ft Worth, TX

Sherry has been generous enough to act as my first Shabby Chic Motorhome post and I cannot thank her enough!  She and her wonderful husband, Terry, are FULL TIME RVers.

What a tidy kitchen!

Sherry has made such a charming, cozy home.

It's so wonderful to be able to display all your lovely chotskies!

I think this is so clever...in all these pictures you can see how Sherry doesn't let the modern fixtures discourage her decor - she just tops them with laces and fabrics that are more suitable to her tastes.

There's just so much to see.  Lovely pink, soft, floral Shabby Chic goodness EVERWHERE!

Charming miniatures.

I know these pictures are worth so many thousands of words, and if you have any questions or comments for Sherry, you can find her on FaceBook at:

  1. People keep asking how do they travel with all these beautiful breakables - here's Sherry's response: "Lay them down..layered between quilts!"

Awesome pictures Sis. Sherry! How can you travel without everything getting broken? I love your style! I always have had a heart for the Victorian era. Hurry back north! :) Smiles...Sis. Gina

Sis. Sherry Bowling is a wonderful person and a good friend. I would have never, ever dreamed of being able to decorate an RV like this with all those beautiful, but breakable, items. This home-on-wheels is truly a beautiful reflection of her.

  5. Sherry Bowling is my wonderful friend whom I have known many years; my daughter is married to her nephew. Her home and her apparel reflect her good taste and style, but most of all she is an awesome, Godly woman who is truly an inspiration to all. She has taken her very busy, "on-the-road" lifestyle.. a life many women would complain about.. and made a beautiful and gracious home for her and her husband! These pics are beautiful! Luv you Sherry, and am proud to be called your friend!

  7. just noticed Anonymous comment--nope it is not shabby chic style in the true sense of Rachel Ashwell style, I would say this is Romantic Cottage style, with some shabby chic mixed in. None the less very pretty and inviting!

My grandmother used to wear White Shoulders...saw the powder puff of it. Everything is beautiful, but I would not enjoy the packing up each week or so to move on. Glad you do it, though. Thanks for sharing. Jeanie
